2个月不到,长从13.5到17,粗从11.5到13的反馈!

前言:

我发现,经常跟我提出练习各种问题的,定期反馈或打卡的,都比较容易获得更多的进步,是我身上有什么魔法吗?当然不是,是因为他们坚持练习,而后有自己的思考,有了疑问,自身有动力,有目标促使他们迫切需要解决心中的疑惑,不管什么时间,他们都会给我留言,与时差也无关,有的学员在美国,英国、俄罗斯、阿根廷,新-马-泰……

今天分享的这位学员,他只用了不到2个月,从13.5到17,周长11.5到13,他拍过详细的照片留底在我这。他的经历,我们更多的可以反思,并用到我们的下一代身上,因为,他和我们大部分人不同,他踩在了青春期关键的一两年上面,这是我们很多人已经错过的。我已经动笔写一本书《爸爸养育男孩指南》,里面整理了这五六年来遇到爸爸引导孩子练习,进行性教育,或青春期开始练习的案例等等,希望将来,有更多的爸爸们关注自己男孩的身体发育,特别上关键部位,将来少一点遗憾,多一点自信。

我的话少讲,以下是正文!

心得

这个课是我在春节当天报的,之前一直在英国找相关的资料,但发现全都是器械和网课,我就是想找一个可以随时解决问题,可以和学员聊天交流的老师,最后报着最后一丝希望在知乎上搜索,结果就看到了来自K老师发的公众号,看到了很多成功的纪录,印象最深的就是18岁的in,和我一样的青少年,当时就加上了老师的微信。

加上之后,老师问了我的年龄,身高,大小,我考虑了两天,报了增大课,老师非常贴心,还有学生价,专门为我这种穷学生准备的。对我帮助最大的就是第一个10天,原来是长13.5粗11.5,长了两厘米到了长15.4粗13,当时就特别有信心,后来的一个月里长了1.5厘米,进步没有之前那么快,但就算长0.5厘米都是很开心的。

我有一个室友,荷兰人,下面巨大,睾丸和鸭蛋一样,我两颗都没人家一颗大,我学过荷兰语,所以和他关系很好,他很开放,经常会给我讲一些有关生殖器健康的知识,来英国三年,感觉中国的性教育真的少的离谱,我们这里连男厕所都贴着睾丸按摩法。

我最主要连的还是挤奶,我不是经常去拉伸,因为我觉得挤奶特别舒服,效果好像也更好,我是田径运动员,平时跑步会多,多运动对身体帮助特别大,运动完晚上也会休息的更好。

我平时撸的比较多,但这样确实对睾丸不好,最近也在尝试戒欲,后来经过K老师提醒,也把手淫的次数减少了。

我平时也会吃很多蛋白质,从来不会吃零食,觉得对身体不好,所以体脂率常年保持在百分之10以下,我觉得可能也有关系。英国没有作业,所以我睡的也比较多,休息的会比较好,有可能也会有影响。

每次,我在练之前都会先让阴茎完全勃起之后在软下来,先让血液循环加快,在开始练,英国的宿舍很大,两人间可能有70多平米,都是独立房间,所以连起来会很方便,我就尽量明天都练,一次20分钟,但大部分时间都是在挤奶。

我也会经常去找K老师聊聊天,交流一下最近的问题和感受,长了一点都会汇报给K老师,果然,专业的事得交给专业的人来做。之前我也问过K老师,我需不需要吃药或者用一些器械,他说我只需要坚持练习就好了,我是蒙古族,老师说蒙古族的可能天生比较粗,不知道是不是真的,现在主要的方向就是增长,感觉太粗也会显短。

练习时间一般是早上刚起床,或者是晚上睡觉之前,还有洗澡的时候也会练。因为放学时间很早,所以有充分的时间可以去练习,平时在卫生间的时候也会拉伸几分钟,就也会在日常零零碎碎的时间里练习。

坚持练,找到动力也是关键,因为本人有女朋友😅,(我知道我多少岁)所以有进步之后就会给女朋友拍视频,让她定目标,她也会给我一些鼓励。这就是我的动力,很简单,但是可以让练习很好的坚持下来。

I signed up for this class on the day of the Spring Festival. I had been looking for relevant information in the UK before, but I found that it was all about equipment and online classes. In the following month, I grew 1.5 centimetres, and the progress was not as fast as before, but even if it was 0.5 cm long, I was very happy.

I have a roommate, a Dutchman. The bottom is huge, and the testicles are the same as duck eggs. Both of them are not as big as others. I have studied Dutch, so I have a good relationship with him. He is very open-minded and often tells me some knowledge about genital health. After three years in the UK, I feel that there is really little sex education in China. My main focus is milking. I don’t often stretch, because I think milking is very comfortable and the effect seems to be better. I am a track and field athlete. I usually run a lot. More exercise is very helpful to the body. After exercising, I will have a better rest at night.

I usually eat a lot of protein, and I never eat snacks. I think it’s bad for my health, so my body fat rate stays below 10% all year round. I think it may also matter. There is no homework in the UK, so I sleep more. It will be better to rest, and it may also have an impact.

Every time, before I practice, I will make the penis completely erect and then soften it. First, let the blood circulation accelerate. At the beginning of the practice, the dormitory in the United Kingdom is very large. There may be more than 70 square metres in two rooms, which are independent rooms, so it will be very convenient to connect. I will try to practice tomorrow for 20 minutes at a time, but most of the time is Milking

I will also often talk to Mr. K to exchange recent problems and feelings. If I grow up a little, I will report to Mr. K. Sure enough, professional things have to be done by professional people. I also asked Mr. K before whether I need to take medicine or use some equipment. He said that I just need to keep practising. I’m Mongolian. The teacher said that Mongolians may be naturally thicker. I don’t know if it’s true. Now the main direction is growth, and I feel that too thick will be shorter.

The practice time is usually when you just get up in the morning, or before going to bed at night, and when you take a shower. Because school is very early, I have enough time to practice. I usually stretch for a few minutes in the bathroom, and I will also practice in the daily bits and pieces.

It is also the key to keep practising and find motivation, because I have a girlfriend 😅, (I know how old I am), so after making progress, I will take a video for my girlfriend, let her set goals, and she will also give me some encouragement. This is my motivation. It’s very simple, but I can keep practising well.
